It all started somewhere 

We ran into the RoadKillRug idea strictly by accident: combining a love of autos, animals and recycling.

Probably inspired by reading too much of Mad Magazine and eating pizza just before bedtime, from an otherwise gory concept came RoadKillRugs, which are quite cozy and cuddly. A soft reminder for everyone to look both ways.

Each rug has an animal theme made of soft, fuzzy synthetic fur. They are fun to give as gag or prank gifts and quite a conversation maker. Throw ‘em on the floor or in the back window of your car. Just don’t throw ‘em under your wheels, ‘cuz these critters have been through enough!  Of course, no animals are actually harmed in their creation.

Operated out of a garage in Colorado, we are proud to say RoadKillRugs are "Made in the USA" and "Made in Colorado." RoadKillRugs does its part to keep several dozen people off of the streets. We employ them, making light-hearted RoadKillRugs that are great for a laugh and quiet, care free companionship. Each is a real hit!
